Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts is the most dynamic martial arts school in the area. Not only are we dedicated to teaching a well-rounded self-defense program, but we also strive to give our students the tools necessary to achieve mastery in their lives.

Our school goes well beyond punching, kicking and blocking. We teach our students that through patience, hard work and dedication – both in and out of our school – they will achieve the goals they have set for themselves. 

Each student is monitored closely during their journey at our school. The quality of instruction given at Oh Do Kwan Martial Arts is second to none. What We Do

A truly unique way to mix it up...

Our school is different from your traditional gym because we are always innovating to stay ahead of the game. With a mix between Muay Thai and Taekwondo. You will find yourself honing a unique style that allows for strikes to be thrown from all distances. Our end game goal for each student is to prepare them for real world encounters and to allow them to build discipline, self confidence and patience. Frequently Ask Questions

Yes! You are able to train at either location for no extra cost. We encourage everyone to travel to both locations every once and a while to mix up training and sparring partners!

Yes! We offer discounts to families and siblings.

The youngest we take is 5 years old and it helps if they know their right from left.

Training 2 days a week will ensure you will make progress. We recommend 3 days a week to help build muscle memory.

Our classes are designed to train the body and build muscle memory towards techniques. We will drill, spar, clinch, and condition in no particular daily schedule. Stop by one of our classes to see exactly how we manage to do so.
